- working on new SDB talk (kinetics, no bistability)
- Issue with text animation. Just on windows system.
- working on bead fitting. 06-25-beads (100nm) fit pretty well, see all 5 regions in most channels (vis have 4 clear and very weak detection of 5th channel).
- K4-c4 beads look wrong: all single distance with some spread. Cloned folder as beads2.
- Still looks wrong. Manual inspection suggests cylindrical lens for 3D data was missing for run.
- Analyzing K4-C4 data Slide 1. (only Cal files. Slide 2 has _storm files from hal batch process but focus lock is not maintaining stability.
- Figured out fast completely silent (background running), multicore call for insightM from Matlab.
- Troubleshooting bead analysis.
- Analyzing recent E5-dig K27 H3 data on Tuck.
- PCR cloning protocol to KE for tomorrow.
- Helping Michael Levy with shell structure from neural equations approach.
- Flipped 3x Mat-Gal4 flies and shRNA Pc1, Pc2, and Psc1 bottles. All bottles at 21C incubator.
- Stocks moved to 16.5C incubator.
