- etching sample S7 from 6/25 (coverslip 2 from last night). sample disolved clean away at 55 min. (previous sample over-etched at 1hr:30, sample before that nicely etched at 1 hr 30, and previous sample from same round of embedding still in obvious tiles of resin at 1 hr.

- STORM dataset 2012-08-13 chromatic correction is introducing systematic blur (probably due to angle on z-fit. should probably try changing the polynomial order and see if that helps). Instead, trying with 2012-08-04 data.

- adjusting list2img code. convolution of with Gaussian width of .5 leaves single bright center pixels with 4 connected dim flanks. Width of 1 generates min size of 4 pixels with weak halo. So zm=16 with widths 1 to 5 gives
