- Approach 1, see if kicking in a twist activation of snail after initial patterning can cause snail to take over mesoderm if it has not been completely repressed first by snail repressor.
- Exploring multiple repressors with different activation times. See if late acting repressor if allowed to turn on in mesoderm is capable of clearing out remaining patches of snail.
- Confocal of s ml116 (thsPr). few cc13 embryos, no likely rescues but hopefully good data. interesting sim patterns, looks good for 2 color mRNA counting.
