- Trying to fix lsm format error on image 13 and later of m106a. Unable to ID parse error. Write script to convert from lsm formatted tif names to my format and to max-project results.
- working on combined simulation for choice promoter and enhancers
- attempting to incorporate unique time of activation into maternal noise model. As expected very difficult to avoid patches with this sort of noise.
