- Frame-by-frame analysis now runs in a platform independent way form the new shared project matlab-storm folder for both DaoSTORM and InsightM
- Writing new Analysis script (RunDotFinder) — modified, more flexible version of Run_Insight that takes inputs to do either InsightM or DaoSTORM

Probe Making
- Cast new 12% polyacrylamide gel
- Gel extract single stranded cy-5 labeled En probe. Dissolving crushed pellet in ddH2O at 37C O/N following BH’s denaturing PAGE protocol (see Protocols page).
