- Cutting sample at -51C, knife at -54C, TG -50C
- at .65 – .75 um cuts pretty well, still better at .65.
- at 1 – 2 um sample is very crumbly and likes to curl quite a lot.
- cutting 1 um sections on glass knife at -50C for all components.
Probe Making
- Precipitate and resuspend En probe.
