Short Term Goals

DaoSTORM

• Clean up calls for DaoSTORM in STORMfinder to use simplier DaoSTORM installation. (Complete 02/02/13)
• Test run DaoSTORM

Merge all active projects in Matlab_STORM into Beta

• Move latest version of Insight3 and DaoSTORM in matlab-storm. (completed 02/02/13)
• Move active development STORMfinder into Beta (completed 02/02/13);
• Move STORMrender into Beta. (in process 02/02/13);

Handling Temp files

• write all temp files to a common scratch directory
• System reads existing files, adds one to counter and memorizes its new write file name. (check performed on opening function?)
• Note exist(folder,'dir') returns if directory (e.g. scratch) already exists. otherwise makedir(folder) can create it.
• GUI should delete the temp files it’s memorized upon shutdown.
• Wait until Jeff attempts C-executable (then we won’t need to write all these external temp files in the first place).

Long Term

• Integrate GPU3dfit into STORMfinder
• Develop Pipeline for oligo-paints cluster analysis
• New parameters for expanded mlist for DaoSTORM (Jeff)
• New PlotBlobs C-executable for STORMrender (Jeff)
