- Fixed bugs in file export in
STORMfinderBeta - Generalize Z-calibration to work with DotFinder
- Change z-calibration so that it never tries to average together molecules in successive frames. Make it so that the final output calibration file though returns to the original default for averaging together molecules.
- Z-calibration code still obtuse. Need to rewrite from scratch to properly understand. see post.
STORM Analysis
- Setup DaoSTORM to on Tuck/Cajal to crank through all data-files/movies from the last week.
- Not done because z-calibration is in such a mess.
