• collect virgin mat alpha tubs and esc/esc AM

Coding

• working on new implimentation of chromatic alignment (same mathematical algorithms, different computational implementations)
• Modifying Daxreader ReadDaxBeta.m to work with arbitrary regions boxes or split out quadview (or dualview?)
• New function (now called by RunDotFinder.m) which caps the amount of CPU matlab will fill up on the computer (windows op sys only).
