- tub looks good but hard to tell background vs. signal, hard to find nuclear dots. Substantially more dots though than Neu3.

Sectioning
- Ultra-sectioning of Kc167 cells.
- preferred cutting conditions: -50C knife/sample/chamber. 800 nm sections.
- test sample looks promisingly like cut-sectioned nuclei on Turnkey, but cell density is surprisingly extremely low.

- much much brighter than previous stain
- sealed with VALAP, imaged O/N.
