- finish O/N STORM run. VALAP seal did not work as well this time — substantial air bubble in sample, switching not over airbubble but background is up and signal way down.
- recovered slide. Will see if fresh imaging buffer leads to renewed good switching

- Set up O/N imaging of black DNA
- spent 1.5 hours trying to get VALAP to seal effectively and not obscure access of lens to sample
- Small bubble evident after 2 hours of imaging setup
- still switching well at midnight.
- (5 movies later buffer is deteriorated past usable imaging).

- image en-labeled embryo prior to staining.
