chromatin colors

  • ordered cy5-CTP
  • semi-automated analysis of recent colored dot clusters.
  • need more parameter optimization. Should probably just write this into a GUI to walk through folders full of images, load data, and record and save statistics about clusters.
  • need a bit more thought too on the ideal cluster properties to compare and save. should probably just save the vlists for each dot.

Project 2

  • TCEP imaging cy5 cy7 T30
  • STORM2 19mm field too small.
  • using 50 mm.
  • cy5 switching looks much better at lower laser power (200 mW, 2-2.5x power used for BME-STORM)
  • cy7 swtiching looks best at high power
  • substantial cy5 photon loss in pentaNotch + quadview.
