- set up new STORM, coverslip 7. high background, must by cy5-primary. not too much switching, maybe single labeled cy5 primary. Responsive to 405 but only at substantial laser power (e.g 15% not 1.5%)
Genomics
- genome builds for FASTA files are incomplete!
- rebuild mouse genome fasta and human fasta for BLAST database.
- Rerunning universal orthogonal primer screening.

Ph Project
- going through Pc and Psc 647 data. Closer inspection no obvious difference between data sets
- quantitative cluster analysis of Pc suggests that in terms of total localizations per cluster PhF and PhM are similar and about half S2 levels (not sure if this is real or not). In terms of fraction clustered all three data sets look pretty similar.
