Troubleshooting general equation for N state chain co-variance
- confirmed ThetaN = det(T)
- test A_{NN} element of inverse matrix
- fixed Yay!
- tranxscription cycles not actually tri-diagonal: need to return to state 1 from N. boo!
- solved gen case
- CoV -/-> 0 as N->Inf since mu -> 0.
- can’t fix mu by changing \delta, this has a stronger effect on noise. (no should be opposite)
- Intuition is for the same burst size, i.e. k_t must increase.
