STORM Analysis
- converting mosaic files to matlab format for last week of data
small bug:
The new version of Steve used to write .msc files that contained a list of .stv files like:
mosaic_1.stv
mosaic_2.stv
…
Around 08/01/13 it switch to writing a list of files with ‘image,’ appended at the beginning of each:
image,mosaic_1.stv
image,mosaic_2.stv
…
This confuses my reader
bug fix
- changed python reader to look only from 6 to end to ID the stv file name
- Note: Notepad++ does not format whitespace the same as Python. These leads to horrible confusion. Never use this for Python code.
- original notepad seems to have same whitespace conventions as Python.
- stv2mat runs much faster on local disk (Monet). Definitely read/write limited
