STORM
- STORM of G5-P2-Cy3 with G4-P1-405
- Little/no signal in Cy3 channel
- very clear FRET illuminating with Cy3 imaging in Cy5 channel
- should do control of p2-Cy3 S2 alone (no 405 in the mix)
- should do control of p2-Cy3 with a region it shouldn’t co-localize with. In Kc cells I bet AbdA / Ubx are fine candidates.
- Very difficult to determine activator ramp (another reason to Cy3 S2 alone first).
