Notebook updates

added MathJax plugin for imbedded latex.  Doesn’t seem to work. Switched to wp-latex.  This works: $latex e^{\i \pi} + 1 = 0$ Also install WP-table Reloaded for table editing Migrate Fly database to online hosting

BioE Presentations

Final day of student presentations, 8:00A – 12:30P.  Collect student reviews.  Should do these electronically next time, easier to save and share feedback. Need to print and read student final papers still.

Markov Paper

Received Steve’s revisions of response to reviewers.  Read and submitted final edits back to Steve and Peter. Labeled and exported all figures as F1/S1_name.tif and .eps (Illustrator, vector graphics format).  Sent zipped tif files to Peter and Steve for conformation.

hb shadow analysis

New analysis comparing boundary to central region fraction of cells off.  (Focusing on cc13, though result is the same in cc11 and cc12). Now conducting analysis of dominant anterior repression.
