remaking probes…

Gel extract probe template, hb-full looks okay, y-i mediocre, y-full pretty weak.  check concentrations.  hb-full length concentration is workable minimum (~10ng/uL), others are too low. Send for sequencing retransformed plamsids, y-full and y-intron.
