- STORM imaging of sample H4:
- 1.5 hr of etching did not remove all resin — substantial glowing objects still in 647 channel under high illumination (750 movie looked fine).
- Etching new sample in fresh anhydrous sodium ethoxide, 2hrs.
- Confocal of Pc-GFP Su(Z)12 K27me3. Looks like the 750 (Su(Z)12) bleeds into the 647. Forgot to add a ch-488.
