- STORM4 status
- Laser powers: 488 68mW, 561 50mW, 656 78mW.
- Neither table is floating
- At first system failed to connect properly to AOTF
- Fixed AOTF by reboot, but system now fails to connect to focus-lock IR camera.
- Shut everything down, letting cool, attempt clean reboot.
- STORM4 working. Beam size much too small with 60 mm lens. Swapped out for 150mm lens (treat fiber end as a point source).
- Etched 20 + 40 min E(Pc) slide
- STORM imaging E(Pc) slide
- Bead images with 1:25,000 bead dilution bead slide (tired of occassional overlapping beads screwing things up)
- New beadmap region file, same number of images, scans 5x larger area.
- Inspected thin sections of oligo-STORM: no staining evident. 🙁
- Monet restarted without permission O/N.
- Cajal doesn’t seem to understand ‘exit’ command at end of insight: gives system errors program crashed.
