- backgroundy? faint spots per cell, too many? Maybe E2 also not working? Some cells have clearer dots? Lets wait to see the topology and do a more careful spot counting from the z-scan images.

- samples: A1, C5, E6, F3, F5, G3, E2, F2, G1, Pool1, Pool2, Neg Control
- cut out the smaller of the sample-bubble band pair and gel extracted it.
- Why aren’t there bubble bands in the pool lanes?
