- stopped O/N confocal run, only finished 6 embryos (11P recording start until 7:45A stop).
- hot washes for in situs (engrailed, ubx, antp, and MP08)
- split bcd, ftz, H3K4 embryos, start in situs with half of the vials, post-fix and prep other half for embedding.
- Insight analysis (setup by hand) for all of the H3 data
- sectioned MP09 embryos, 6 slides worth. use to test out DNA dyes for labeling after sodium ethoxide etching.
